This is a part of me: she sees emotions as ice cream flavors. She has her preferences (coffee chip, joy…). But all ice cream is delicious. Fear and anger contain so much energy! Sadness can be beautiful. Anger defends unmet needs. Most of us aren't great at welcoming and holding our emotions. Even, or maybe especially, contentment and joy.
Better than even ice cream, perhaps emotions are your friends, whispering important messages to you? And perhaps the most important message is:
