This is a part of me: she sees emotions as ice cream flavors. She has her preferences (coffee chip, joy), but all ice cream is delicious. Fear and anger contain so much energy! Sadness can be beautiful. Most of us aren't great at welcoming and holding our emotions. Even, or maybe especially, joy. We squander it or worry it away. We have a hard time taking in the good.
